This website is part of a research initiative led by Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, in partnership with participating hospitals across Australia. The project aims to improve care and outcomes for people with Malignancy of Unknown Origin (MUO) or, more broadly, Cancer of Unknown Primary (CUP) - a diagnosis where cancer is detected in the body, but the original site is unclear or yet to be identified. Our goal is to provide clear, accessible, and evidence-based information, education, and support to clinicians, patients, and their loved ones as they navigate an MUO or CUP diagnosis.
For any questions or feedback about the CUP website, please contact the central study team located at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Melbourne VIC.
